**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Team Administrator with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running and provide efficient, highly responsive administrative support to the Team Leader, Learning Support and wider team.
This position involves a variety of duties such as:
- Supporting ākonga to engage in their learning
- Compile data and statistics for various reporting purposes
- Maintaining files and information for Manager/Team
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, presentations and take minutes
- Ensure all business runs smoothly

As this is a busy role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys building strong working relationships. As well as this, you will bring:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and other administrative technology
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- High standard of accuracy and organisational skills
