**The Team**

You would be joining a passionate and social team who collaborate and just get stuck in. You will be working for a leader who will set clear expectations and who will guide and support you along the way.

**About the role**

Be accountable for monitoring compliance, checking data and technical report writing. You will provide support in all environmental matters across the Silver Fern Farms Group, helping to ensure the sites meet all environmental management compliance requirements and continual improvement. You will also ensure that site environmental management and production systems meet environmental objectives, ensuring legislative and company policy and procedures are adhered to.

Key responsibilities would include, by not limited to;
- Administration of resource consents and other certification
- Improving the monitoring and auditing of Environmental data
- Compiling monthly and annual reports for internal and external audiences
- Completion of the EMS documentation
- Improving implementation at sites resulting in better environmental outcomes
- Reduce pressure on the Environmental Advisors

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Tertiary Qualification in Environmental Science or Resource Management
- Awareness or broad knowledge of the Resource Management Act principles
- Commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated administrative skills with high attention to detail
