Administration Team Leader-canterbury Initiative

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for
a Team Leader to join the Canterbury Initiative and HealthPathways team. This
role will be leading and developing the Administration for the Canterbury
Initiative and HealthPathways team and needs someone who thrives on challenge,
loves improving things and enjoys fostering excellence.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
As the Team Leader, you'll be heading a fantastic group of
Administrators who deliver high quality support associated with the delivery of
the Canterbury Initiative and HealthPathways.
The role will also provide on-going support to the programmes by
supporting the Senior Operations Manager and Clinic Links to achieve effects as
directed by the CMO. You'll be driving planning and prioritisation of mahi
[work], leading process improvement initiatives, as well as contributing to the
strategic direction of this work.
The role also

**involves**:

- Providing necessary support aligned to the delivery of Canterbury

Initiative and HealthPathways Programmes and the wider Health System delivery
requirements, and the community and whānau within.
- Maintaining strict levels of consumer confidentiality at all
times.
- Fostering a collaborative culture and connectedness across the
team, organisation and wider health system.
- Engaging with the wider Health system and related internal and
external stakeholders to effectively manage work and activity related to Canterbury
Initiative and HealthPathways.
- Utilising and providing feedback on the national and local systems
and practices to improve overall long-term delivery of the vaccine delivery.
- Contributing to
the Wellbeing, Health and
Safety of the team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change. This is a permanent, full time role (40-hours per
week) based in the CDHB Corporate office in central Christchurch. The
ability to work from home on occasion and have flexibility of hours is also a
possibility.

- Proven experience in administration

and/or coordination role/s within a busy customer facing environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and
coordinating a team.
- Proficient in use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite
e.g. Word, Excel Teams and Outlook etc.
- Proven experience and understanding of
budgets and finance. Ability to learn
and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
