**Team Administrator, Southern Transport & Infrastructure**

Our Southern Transport & Infrastructure (T&I) team is made up of 65+ technically skilled people across the southern region of New Zealand. Our team deliver civil and infrastructure projects including roads, three waters drainage, land development, housing infrastructure and surveying to a broad range of local, national, and international clients, focused on their built environment assets.

Together with our clients, we are tackling some of the most complex and impactful projects across the country, including Active Travel, Housing, Schools, Hospitals, Airports, Tourism and Hospitality venues, including some iconic kiwi landmarks. Our projects range from small-scale through to some of the region’s most ambitious building, industrial and infrastructure schemes. The team also collaborates on significant projects across the national, Australian, and pan-pacific regions.

**The opportunity**

In this role you will be directly supporting the Manager for Southern T&I as well as the broader team, based in our Christchurch office. This also includes integrating with our other teams, more locally, in Queenstown and Dunedin but also across the wider T&I business group and other business line administrators throughout New Zealand. We are looking for someone who will become our ‘go to person’ for all things administration support related, enabling the team to do what they do best. This is an exciting and varied role, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow to become an integral member of the team and regional business.

Whether it be coordinating meetings, calendars, and events; welcoming and helping to onboard new team members; learning and championing the technical systems and software tools relied on by the team - you will have your finger on the pulse of team activities, collaborating internally and externally to make things happen If you a proactive self-starter this role has the opportunity to continue to grow, challenge and offer new opportunities within the wider Beca group.
