We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.

**Hours**:
40 hours per week with a 60 min lunch break. Rotating weekly roaster on a 2-weekly cycle with another service delivery coordinator as per below:

- Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm
- Tuesday to Friday 6:30am - 3:45pm, and Saturday 6:30am - 2:30pm

**About this role**:

- Interact daily with Delivery Agents, Courier Drivers, Customer Service team and warehousing staff
- Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
- Assist with customer queries
- Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
- Undertake vital administration tasks

- Have intermediate level computer skills
- Experience in contract management
- Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
- Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
- Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
- You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
