Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team and ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and seamless experience as they place their trust in us. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you.

As the service delivery coordinator, you are responsible for the implementation of customer contracts, identifying customer needs and overseeing the delivery of services to the customer. You will be collaborating closely with the operational teams, system, and sales team, overseeing the service is delivered as per customers' expectations and as per agreement.

This role requires an ability to work autonomously, adapt and work in a changing environment which seeks to follow best practice processes and a commonsense approach. It requires a high attention to detail and ability to build effective relationships with key people, both internally and externally.

As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will collaborate with all team members, to ensure the areas of your responsibility are carried out effectively, and that Post Haste customers receive excellent service.

Your responsibility and main duties:

  • Contract Implementation and Account Setup
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Service Management
  • Keeping all documentation up to date - Attention to detail and Data Accuracy
  • Operational Support & work on Continuous Improvement
  • Administrative and Project Support

Experience:

Demonstrated ability to oversee end‑to‑end service delivery processes, from start to final resolution, ensuring timelines, service standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

Skills:

  • You will need to have leadership skills in order to motivate the people you work with effectively, and to ensure that they have the knowledge they need to do their task well.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Team player
  • Client driven thinking
  • Previous experience as a service delivery coordinator or have experience in managing operations and dealing with customer issues and projects.
  • Have a passion for building and retaining relationships.
  • Be approachable and balanced, yet able to be firm when needed.
  • Good with MS excel, word and business tools like CRM.
