Delivery Driver Class 2

We are looking for dedicated and committed **Delivery Drivers Class 2**to join our fast paced and busy Foodservice division located at Ihumatao Road, Mangere.

THE JOB:
- Deliver goods according to customer orders.
- Plan the most efficient delivery route for the assigned deliveries.
- Unload goods at destination in the appropriate place in a timely manner
- Gather any signatures, cash on delivery or credit returns required.
- Fill vehicles with fuel and report on any maintenance requirement
- Perform daily checks oils, coolant, WOF etc.
- Wash and clean trucks or other vehicles when required.
- Assist in loading the trucks
Days & hours of work:
- Immediate start role.
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: start between 5.00 am -7.00 am and finish in 8-9 hours(approx.)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: You will be able to work unsupervised to achieve results.
You will have
- A full Class 2 or higher drivers licence
- Have clear communication skills.
- Also would have reasonably good reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
- Be confident, flexible and have attention to detail.
- Have prior NZ experience and knowledge of basic food ingredients.
- Be physically strong and should be able to lift up to 25 kg.
- Have a great attitude towards work and be fast learner.
- Possess good organizational and time management skills.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Have reliable attendance and transport.
