Due to client demand and a growing team, Sastia Marketing is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Leader to develop and grow our sales team.

Sastia Marketing is a part of the award winning Kulture Group which specialises in Quality Acquisition for a broad range of clients.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train, mentor, and coach team members to optimise their sales skills
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular feedback to team members to help them grow and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure smooth sales operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with 1+ year in a team leader role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Experience with face to face and tele-sales is required
- Proven record of starting new campaigns and developing teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a “think outside the box” mentality
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is a plus

**Salary**: From $30.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
