**Product Team Leader - New Zealand**

Leading the product team to ensure we are providing a product offering for Flight Centre group brands to the front end that is creative, innovative, and competitive all of the time, thus ensuring a healthy return to our stakeholders. Managing your own portfolio to increase awareness and sales by providing the right product at the right price to the market.

Reporting to the General Manager of NZ, you’ll be responsible for:

- To increase the gross sales of the business and protect profit margin.
- To maximize income opportunities through campaign and tactical delivery that aligns with our preferred strategy to assist in hitting override returns.
- Ensure that we are offering the best product at the right time and price to all our customers.
- Working with the Product to Market Leader to create and implement product plans and strategies for all brands and customers.
- Providing competitor and campaign analysis to ensure we are competitive and to ascertain market trends are being accounted for.
- Sourcing Land, Sea, and Air deals to ensure best possible packages and products are delivered to market.
- Ensure deadlines are hit with accuracy and product is provided and updated across websites, FC Brands, and external partners.

The successful applicant will have a 5+ years working in a senior management position, preferably within the FC environment. Leadership experience and commitment to developing others is a must. Importantly, you will need to be commercially savvy with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and enhance relationships with negotiating partners.
