**The Company** This privately-owned NZ business have been operating for almost 20 years and are on a rapid growth trajectory. With over a million monthly website visitors, they are easily the biggest company in their vertical. They operate from easily accessible offices in the City Fringe, offer a hybrid working environment and flexible working hours. **The Role** As the Product Owner you will report directly to the CEO and take ownership of the product ownership function for the company. This is a newly created position due to growth, with the duties of the role previously shared among the senior leadership team - they are now at the stage to bring a specialist product person on board. The role will see you liaising with the development, sales and operations team to coordinate improvements and verifying changes for the various products. You will also be liaising with external clients to understand how they use the product and validate new features. There are tonnes of project work on the horizon so there'll be plenty of opportunity to extend your skills and really have "ownership" of the product **Your Profile** You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar Product Owner or BA position, have excellent communication skills are a must as you will be liaising with people both internally and externally and most importantly you will be looking for a challenge to put your skills to the test Please send your resume in **Microsoft Word** format or for further information, contact **Sean Smyth, Ian or Vamsi **in our **Auckland** office on **09-915-6700.
