Intermediate Test Analyst

Kia ora We're on the lookout for Intermediate Test Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. Here's what you need to know:

Is this your next role?  

You'll help ensure our digital solutions meet quality standards, through hands-on testing, automation, and collaboration with technical teams. You'll design and run test cases, support UAT, and contribute to modern testing practices.

• Define and maintain test approaches (system, integration, UAT, regression)
• Design and execute test cases for workflows and integrations
• Build and maintain automation scripts
• Log and retest defects, working with developers and vendors
• Coordinate UAT and guide business users
• Link test cases to requirements and keep documentation up to date
• Share clear test status updates with project leads

Does this sound like you?

You're an experienced tester with strong communication skills and a knack for detail. Ideally, you've worked in financial services or regulated environments.

With strong communication skills, you're a pro:

• 4 - 6 years' experience in manual and automation testing
• Skilled in testing web and workflow-based applications
• Familiar with tools like Selenium, Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Pega or similar platforms (a plus)
• Understanding of AI-enabled testing tools (nice to have)
• Confident working with technical and business teams
