**What will you be doing?**

The purpose of this position is to contribute to the success of Tower by delivering the Claims Supply Chain value, at the highest quartile of quality and service for the lowest quartile of costs.

This involves managing Towers scale across Motor Repair Industry Suppliers/ Home Builders, Content and Restorers developing partnerships to achieve the high performance of a claims experience Towers customers deserve.

You will be successful in the role by demonstrating a high ability to drive accountability, influence, change & investment with Panel networks to optimise their service for Towers customers, leveraging Towers scale and accounts for mutual partnership benefits.

Your mandate:

- Develop innovative strategies for the design and implementation of the next generation supply service models.
- Influence and formalise agreements on best practice quality, service levels and claims targets (a highest quartile of quality and service for the lowest quartile of costs)
- Leverage from self-assessing models and straight through processions to remove the handoffs and bottlenecks ensure ongoing investment to deliver commercial objectives, repair methodology and self-assessing / SMART repair processes
- Deliver Towers customer value proposition and ensure it is embedded and maintained with the Partnership, train and promote to internal staff and Towers customers for high adoption

**What you'll need**
- Previous relationship/supply chain experience in the NZ motor repair or building construction
- Strong understanding of the NZ Insurance
- Previous experience with supplier contracts and RFP/RFI process
- Passionate about using data and information to inform decision making
- Relationship management
- Use of digital technology in servicing claims and suppliers
