**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other Partners and senior management to define the firm's strategic direction and business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Oversee and review complex accounting projects, financial statements, and tax planning to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expert financial advice and consultancy to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts to expand their client base.
- Stay updated with accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating them into the firm's operations.
- Play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the firm's growth and profitability.
- Represent the firm in professional and community events to enhance its reputation and network.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Proven track record of success in a leadership capacity within a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Exceptional technical expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team of professionals.
- Client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellence in all services.
