**The role**:
The Network Performance Manager will support the delivery of optimised out-of-home advertising networks through collaboration with internal teams, and focus on strategic revenue growth and profit performance across the oOh network. This includes effective planning for future network expansion, incorporating product design and the development of an integrated, audience-led growth strategy across all existing products.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Partner and support the Commercial team to scope and develop new and existing networks
- Help develop the integrated Network Strategy encompassing all product channels and any new networks
- Championing the USP for oOh current and future networks and be the internal expert on all products within the network
- Develop network strategies and tactics aligned to an integrated Audience-led go-to-market approach
- Central involvement in tenders and presenting to clients when required
- Work closely with Research & Insights teams to deliver key product insights to the sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a strong pipeline of trade marketing initiatives including inspiring brand and go-to-market sales collateral
- Develop and deliver regular training for the sales team to ensure that they understand the network strategy and products

**Experience**:
You’ll possess significant strategy development and implementation experience including Media strategy across multiple media and OOH channels. In addition you will require the following skills and experience:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships with key customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Strategic leadership and the ability to explain strategic initiatives and inspire teams to action
- Experience in Media Network design and development
- Commercial and profitability acumen (financial analysis, budgets, and sales forecasting)
- Experience participating in commercial Tender processes
- Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team and lead where necessary
