This is a dynamic leadership role where you’ll drive performance strategy, influence key stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement across our network.
- The Role
- As Performance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of operational excellence. You’ll lead performance reporting, manage key systems, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure our services meet and exceed expectations. You’ll also lead a small, high-performing team and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience across the network.
- Key responsibilities include:

- Leading all end-of-day, week, and month performance reporting
- Managing COMPASS system data integrity
- Facilitating the weekly performance council and driving customer-first improvements
- Analysing disruptions and special events to recommend improvements
- Collaborating with the Operations Centre to ensure quality attributions
- Identifying and embedding process and system improvements
- What You Bring
- We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for performance and innovation.
- Experience in operations or transport (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills - able to turn complex data into compelling insights
- A collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
