**Do you have customer service experience and are looking to advance your career in the banking/finance sector?**
**We are looking for someone with exceptional customer services skills with an exceptional eye for detail to join our team of Mortgage Document Preparation Officers on a casual basis at our Auckland office.

**About the Role**
The Document Preparations Officer will process mortgage documentation including preparation of all required loan documentation. We operate within a fast-paced environment and strive to meet our deadlines to ensure exceptional service to our customers.
**About You**
- You have customer service experience and a customer service mindset
- You have administration experience whether from a previous role or tertiary studies
- Your computer literacy and data entry skills are exceptional and you adapt to new technologies that are introduced
- You are able to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- You are very organised with exceptional attention to detail
- You are a great communicator and excel at providing outstanding customer service
- You are a collaborative team member
Bonus points if you have prior experience with mortgage processing or other comparable finance industry experience
