Settlements Officer

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage settlements officer to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

**About the Role**

The Settlements Officer will attend to the processing of settlements and is responsible for managing the verification and settlement function including preparation for settlement and ensuring all requirements are met and post settlement functions such as system updating and post registration documentation are completed.

**About you**
- You have excellent customer service skills with great communication skills
- You have excellent data entry skills and have the competency to use the technology and systems
- You have the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
- You have excellent data entry skills and highly competent in the use of technology and systems
- Bonus points if you have previous experience with mortgage settlements
- You have a valid right to work in NZ
