**Permanent, Full-time**

**80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)**

We are seeking a highly motivated person to provide reception support to the Outpatient Services at the Hawke's Bay Hospital Soldiers Memorial. The successful applicant will have previous experience in reception and administrative work, excellent organisational and communication ability and enjoy working under pressure. Past experience working in the health sector is desirable but not essential.

The person we are seeking will have excellent computer skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of people and deal sensitively with confidential information. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, normally between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm.
