**About the role**:
**About the team**:
Our team develops and delivers Treasury and Risk Management solution software to major financial, banking and global brand clients.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing a team of up to 20 with responsibility for hiring, development, performance appraisals and performance management
- Identifying and allocating technical resources and forecasting resource needs.

**What you will need**:
You may have 2-3 years' team management experience and be seeking your next challenging step in your management career. You will also have:

- Experience with leading and delivering significant software projects
- Proven exposure to working with cloud enabled products
- Previous experience working within a global, corporate environment
- The ability to lead a medium-large sized team effectively under pressure
- Experience interacting with executive level clients.
- A bachelor’s in computer science or the equivalent experience.
