Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring the Cultural Capability Plan, building team responsiveness to Maori through workshops and supervision, and fostering and maintaining relationships with mana whenua in our communities.
You will also provide cultural advisory support to the Board and leadership team, ensuring policies reflect Te Tiriti o Waitangi and our values.
