Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives, managing complex schedules and coordinating projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of the leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient support
  • Act as a liaison between the directors and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions
  • Manage diaries, scheduling and coordination with precision and attention to detail
  • Organise and maintain records, reports and sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and arrange flights and accommodation with ease
  • Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting teams or individuals within an organisation, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Flexibility with a proactive and self-managing approach, coupled with personable and adaptable nature
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment, with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy, with a can-do attitude and ability to make things happen
