Project Delivery Co-ordinator / Sales SupportWe are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our team to provide project delivery and sales support functions internally and externally within our business.We are a small focused team specialising in IT network security consultancy, managed services and procurement.The Project Delivery Co-ordinator / Sales Support will be responsible for:Providing a dual internal support function, coordinating project delivery, service delivery and sales administrationCreating jobs, preparing quotes, processing and following up orders and deliveries and associated invoicingManaging customer queries, renewals, reporting and invoicing activitiesSupporting the Service Delivery function of the business and internal operations administration dutiesWorking with the necessary internal teams to create and standardise the customer monthly service delivery reports and ensuring they are delivered and reviewedScheduling engineers, managing time-sheeting and communicating as required with the clientsSupporting the sales function of the business and internal sales administration dutiesAssisting with the delivery of projects within agreed timescales and to budgetParticipating in agreed internal and external governance models to provide timely visibility of clients engagement health tracking (time, cost, quality)You will have:Highly developed interpersonal and representational skills and a proven superior standard of written and oral communication skillsExcellent administration, reporting and computer skillsAbility to work collaboratively with team members and internal and external stakeholders to accomplish organisational goals and contractual obligations
