We are looking for an enthusiastic property professional to join our fun and lively Auckland team.

Align delivers infrastructure and development projects that bring places and communities to life.
We are a growing and respected consultancy providing crown-accredited property advisory, land acquisition, disposal, legalisation, planning services and landscape architecture services.
We help central and local government agencies, utility providers and private clients across the country from our offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Sectors we operate in include roading, rail, housing, gas, electricity, three waters, education, recreation and more.
Based out of our Auckland office, you will provide integral administrative support to the Property Team, ensuring efficient and effective management of consultants' time and company resources through comprehensive support and coordination for property acquisition, disposal, and legalisation projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting essential reports, including client and Land Information NZ (LINZ) reportsAttending client meetings when requiredManaging project programming and forecasting, including budget and programme management utilising MS Project and other toolsAssisting Senior Consultants with the acquisition, disposal & legalisation of landProperty administration and contract managementMaintaining data integrity through regular audits and updates to ensure a seamless delivery of work against time-critical deadlines for our clientsSetting up projects in internal and external systemsAssisting with property due diligence, investigations and strategiesCoordinating property settlementsAttending to owner, advisor and third-party cost claimsMonthly financial and operational reportingSkills, Experience and Attributes Required for This RoleThe role will be suited to someone with a background and interest in property, land or legal-related administration.
Experience working as an administrator within a property or legal environmentContract management experience is hugely beneficialExcellent report writing skills and attention to detailExceptional time management and organisational skillsThe ability to go the extra mile to ensure the highest of standards are delivered for all jobsFantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take complex data and information and present it in a clear and concise mannerAdvanced use of Microsoft Office Suite is essentialAn intermediate level of Excel skills and knowledge is requiredExperience in the use of SAP would be hugely beneficialTech savvy with the ability to pick up and learn new software and technologies with easeFull and current New Zealand driving licenceIf you are ready for a new challenge, want to grow and develop your property career, and to be part of an innovative and growing company, then this role could be for you.
