This role is located in our Auckland office part-time and requires onsite presence. As an Office Administrator / Document Controller, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior managers and other office staff, preparing documents, coordinating meetings and minutes, and supporting project related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, high level of professionalism and strong ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Prioritization and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, initiative and autonomy to work as part of a team.
