Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to lead our exceptional team at Millbrook Resort. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll work collaboratively across all levels of the business to drive transformational value add projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team who provide advice and guidance on a diverse range of people activities including Health & Safety, Payroll as well as generalist HR.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to the P&C Team on their day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
About You
We're looking for a forward thinking, supportive people leader with:
- 5+ years of People & Culture experience.
- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- The ability to work to tight and changing deadlines and able to multitask and manage priorities.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with a 'can do' attitude and a friendly, professional approach.
- The ability to work on your own, as well as part of a team.
- Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach.
