About the Role
This role involves managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and providing ongoing support to department heads.
- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- They will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Work closely with department heads to identify talent acquisition needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Provide ongoing support to department heads, including training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency in recruitment practices and policies across the organization.
Requirements
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and talent management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
