About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Partnership Manager to join our team in the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and executing global talent solutions, fostering strong partnerships within the region, and collaborating with global talent teams to ensure the successful rollout of talent solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in talent management, talent development, or related HR roles, with a focus on collaboration and partnership. You will possess proven expertise in talent consulting, talent program delivery, and change management in large, complex organizations.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional business leaders, HR partners, HR advisors, and managers, to align talent solutions with business needs. You will also collaborate with global talent teams to ensure effective communication and engagement with APAC stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive approach.

Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven expertise in talent consulting, talent program delivery, and change management
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions tailored to the APAC region
  • Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring of solutions
