Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Hr Business Partner to join our team at Persolkelly Singapore Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for performing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and select top talent for various roles within the organization
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and preferences
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Make recommendations to hiring managers on the best candidates for each role
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and meeting business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- IT savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other HR systems
