About the Team

The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) succeed in the global economy. We combine our expertise in finance with a growth mindset to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
