About the Team/Service/ Location Reporting to the People Partnering Lead, the Human Resources Manager supports the end-to-end operational HR advice and services, including the delivery and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide operational and strategic human resource management advice to a designated Directorate that supports the organisations business plan.
(Although this role is based in Grafton, there will be some travel required to Greenlane, Pt Chev, or community sites if that is your designated area you are dealing with).
