The Role of a Support Worker
A Support Worker plays a critical role in assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as navigation, employment, finances, and meal preparation.
They may also assist with individual needs such as shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.
What We're Looking For
- Individuals with a strong desire to pursue a career in care and support
- Those with flexibility to work weekend and sleepover shifts
- Ability to use computers and tablets daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness to provide necessary support
Benefits
$23.84 - $29.10 per hour depending on relevant qualifications
IDEA Services will support you towards completion of Level 2, 3 and 4 Certificates in Health and Wellbeing qualifications
