**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager to join our team at Homes of Choice. As a Tenancy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our tenancies, including inspecting properties, managing relationships with tenants, and overseeing maintenance works.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. They will also have experience working in a similar role and be familiar with relevant legislation and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of tenancies, including inspecting properties and managing relationships with tenants.
- Oversee maintenance works, including arranging for repairs and maintenance to be carried out.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Residential Tenancy Act.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of tenancies and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in tenancy management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full current class 1 driver's licence is essential.
