**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager to join our team at Homes of Choice. As a Tenancy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our tenancies, including inspecting properties, managing relationships with tenants, and overseeing maintenance works.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. They will also have experience working in a similar role and be familiar with relevant legislation and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of tenancies, including inspecting properties and managing relationships with tenants.
  • Oversee maintenance works, including arranging for repairs and maintenance to be carried out.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Residential Tenancy Act.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of tenancies and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in tenancy management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full current class 1 driver's licence is essential.
