In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that use customer insights to refine segmentation and messaging for maximum impact. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and monitor and report on campaign performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing data-led campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, using data to continuously improve results

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, data-driven marketing, or project management (bonus points for FMCG or retail experience)
  • Data-savvy skills, including a passion for analytics and turning insights into actionable strategies
  • Tech-smart skills, including familiarity with loyalty platforms like Como and experience with marketing automation tools
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A detail-obsessed approach, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
