The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies to drive business growth and enhance market share. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to oversee product development, manage promotional initiatives, and provide insights based on market data.

Travel may be required for this position, and effective communication with stakeholders is essential for successful brand implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to maintain and grow brand equity and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify HCP/consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the brand budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with MABI and Finance partners to develop forecast models and review regularly.
  • Develop strong relationships with affiliate functions to define local brand strategy and action plans.
