Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance across our portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management and/or construction.
  • Sound knowledge of building, property management, construction, and health & safety acts, regulations, and bylaws.
  • Proficiency with asset management software and project management tools.
