We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Performance and Operations Lead. As a key member of our marketing function, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance marketing performance, efficiency, and capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize budget allocation, and drive innovation through technology and AI.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of success in senior roles focused on process improvement, financial management, and strategic planning. You'll also require strong project management and analytical skills, as well as expertise in third-party management, contract oversight, and performance optimization.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to possess excellent influencing, navigation, and collaboration skills to effectively work with broad teams. A solid understanding of brand and marketing functions is also essential.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term position, covering parental leave. You'll be based in Auckland or Wellington, with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid work arrangement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact at Kiwibank, working collaboratively with a talented team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
