SAP Sales Executive for Human Capital Management

This role requires a skilled professional to drive strategy and achieve revenue growth. The successful candidate will create a territory plan and develop opportunities for SAP's HCM solutions, focusing on key industries and companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive pipeline & revenue growth.
  2. Educate target accounts on the solution set and engage in strategic account planning.
  3. Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  4. Identify and qualify HXM opportunities and lead sales cycles.
  5. Achieve various sales objectives related to maintaining named customers and securing new business opportunities.
  6. Plan resource utilization effectively.
  7. Provide clear sales strategy and account activity.

Key Requirements:

  1. Several years of experience selling business software/solutions.
  2. Success in selling to CHRO and IT professionals with Industry/Enterprise experience preferred.
  3. A history of overachieving targets.

Necessary Skills:

  1. Internal & external customer satisfaction; ability to articulate the business value of an investment.
  2. Territory planning and identifying/prioritizing opportunities.
  3. Knowledge of the solution portfolio.
  4. Quality artifact production skills.
  5. Complex account navigation.
  6. Strategic & tactical operation capabilities.
  7. Strong work ethic and collaboration.
