As an Incorporated Society, we are governed by a Council (Board) and supported by an office responsible for various activities, including advocacy, government relations, practice support, professional development, communications, and event management.
About the Role:
Parkerbridge is seeking a highly capable and adaptable Senior Administrator to provide administrative and finance support. This is a varied role where you will wear multiple hats, providing support in finance, administration, membership services, and engaging directly with members.
You will need to be a confident communicator, highly organized, and comfortable handling a broad range of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance & Accounting Support: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
  • Support payroll processing and liaise with external accountants as needed.
  • Membership Support: Engage with members, handle inquiries, assist with renewals, and ensure smooth membership processes.
  • Administration & Office Coordination: Maintain office systems, coordinate meetings, manage suppliers and purchasing, and ensure an efficient working environment.
  • Data & Reporting: Use MS Excel to manage and analyze data, create reports, and assist with financial tracking.

About You:
  1. Proven experience in a senior administration role.
  2. Strong financial acumen, with experience in accounts support and payroll.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and members.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
