About Parkerbridge: Parkerbridge is an organisation based in East Auckland, renowned for providing industrial solutions. They are currently seeking a dynamic and organised Senior Administrator/Office all-rounder to join their team and support the smooth functioning of their day-to-day administrative and general financial/accounting tasks.
**Job Summary:** This permanent, full-time role focuses on providing high-level administrative support to the team and management. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors, you will be responsible for coordinating jobs, invoicing, payroll, assisting with HR tasks, and providing administrative support for various projects.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining office systems and HR systems
- Assisting with accounts and billing
- Weekly payroll coordination
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and meeting guests
- Managing office purchasing and supplies
**About You:
You must have previous senior-level administration/finance experience (3-4 years) and possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and financial literacy. Additionally, you should be tech-savvy, well-versed in payroll ERP systems, a team player, approachable, proactive, motivated, and commercially astute.
