**Customer-Focused Sales Professional**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to join our team at BruntWork, a leading telecommunications company in New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and reactivating past clients.
You'll engage with a diverse range of customers, from individual consumers to established businesses, developing your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in telesales or customer service, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security in all customer interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely and effective support.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to set up high-value appointments for in-person consultations.
- Stay up-to-date on telecom industry trends and product innovations, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and auto-dialers, with a knack for leveraging technology in sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in dynamic customer interactions.
