In this exciting role as a Trade Account Manager Lead, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Professional team in New Zealand to build and foster relationships with assigned accounts in the Trade segment. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across the market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts within the Trade segment.
- Manage Professional End-User segment of Office & Industry, UVC, and Sports accounts in the region.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Hunt for new opportunities in Office & Industry, UVC, and Sports segments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles in Office & Industry, UVC, and Sports segments.
- Lighting experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred.
- Strategic thinker, hungry for sales, with focus on execution and a strong understanding of B2B End-user business in New Zealand.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Results-driven, with the ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and to close deals despite challenges.
