We strive to take a global business and adapt it to the local market for strong results, service and ultimately appeasing our biggest asset, the customer.As part of the Signify Professional team in New Zealand, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with assigned accounts in the channel, to maximize sales and profitability across the market.
Therefore, sales, business acumen and strong relationship management must be in your DNA.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible ToDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts within the Trade segment.Manage Professional End-User segment of Office & Industry, UVC and Sports accounts in the region.Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers, with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider.Implement sales strategy with key accounts to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.Execute sales and deliver on AOP sales and margin targets.Hunt for brand new opportunities in Office & Industry, UVC and Sports segments.Collaborate effectively and efficiently with colleagues across all departments.More About YouWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related field.5 years of experience, with a proven track-record in Key Account Management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles in Office & Industry, UVC and Sports segments.Lighting experience, or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred.Strategic thinker, hungry for sales, with focus on execution and a strong understanding of B2B End-user business in New Zealand.Excellent communication and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.Results-driven, with the ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and to close deals despite challenges.Everything we'll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
