The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Wellington. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture Customer Relationships - Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Drive Customer Success - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Manage Escalations Proactively - Swiftly address concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead Service Reviews - Regularly meet with customers and internal teams to track progress and improvements.
  • Pursue Growth Opportunities - Introduce relevant products and services to expand customer revenue.
  • Manage Commercial Agreements - Navigate contracts and negotiations with support from our legal team.
  • Share Valuable Insights - Provide customer feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Track Key Metrics - Maintain quarterly account plans and strategies to support business objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong Understanding of SaaS Solutions - Experience in software delivery, maintenance, and support services.
  • Stakeholder Management - Skilled in building lasting business relationships.
  • Commercial and Contractual Knowledge - Comfortable working through agreements with legal support.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Able to articulate complex challenges with clarity.
  • Executive-Level Engagement - Proven experience working with senior business leaders.
  • Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute account strategies effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player - Able to work across diverse teams in different regions.
