Business Development Representative

Job Summary
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in New Zealand by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the enterprise video management system market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Built strong relationships with channel partners and other stakeholders in the physical security industry
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B and B2C technical sales
- Proven ability to close six-figure enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of enterprise software migration projects and complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
