This Executive Support Specialist role will see you working closely with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Chief of Healthcare Partnerships to ensure the efficient management of key strategic business outcomes. You'll provide diary and email management, administrative support, and internal project support.

  1. Represent the CS&MO and CHP, ensuring professionalism and independent decision-making for smooth workflow.
  2. Manage complex diaries and emails proactively.
  3. Draft and send communications on behalf of CS&MO & CHP.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and varied position, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. As an Executive Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  2. Preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  3. Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency.

About You:

We're looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience providing support at Executive level or senior administration roles in large organisations. You should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
