The Executive Board leads our organisation, overseeing the work of five full-time and two part-time staff. Our headquarters are located in Ellerslie, Auckland, New Zealand.

We are seeking an individual to fill a permanent part-time role as Administration and Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, financial administration, travel bookings, and IT systems management. They will also support the Secretary General and liaise with the Executive Board as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial administration, including Xero accounting software and payroll
  • Oversee travel and accommodation bookings
  • Ensure all IT systems are functioning correctly
  • Maintain smooth and efficient processes
  • Support the Secretary General and liaise with the Executive Board

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficiency in financial management
  • Experience in Xero accounting software and payroll
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Able to prioritise workload and maintain high standards
  • Previous experience in sports or not-for-profit organisations desirable
