With an office based in Albany, parking available on-site and a great office environment, this is the perfect part-time position for an experienced office administrator looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work.Some more information about the roleWorking closely with two part-time administrators, you will work 3 days per week, the essential working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.Key duties:Dictation typing of inspection notesSet up valuation jobs in the systemsManage diaries and arrange appointments with clientsPrepare invoices and create job numbersData entry and filingAnswer the phone and respond to email enquiriesOccasionally, you may be required to cover holiday or sick leave for the other office administrator.So, who are you and what is your profile?We are looking for someone with experience across administration, dictation or transcription typing.
