Hudson Nz is seeking an experienced Finance and Administration professional to join its team in Otahuhu, South Auckland. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and general data entry.

About the Job:

  1. You will process approximately 1,000 invoices per month, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  2. Your key responsibilities will include performing bank reconciliations, financial data entry, and supporting payroll operations.
  3. You will also handle general administration within the finance function and assist with finance queries and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • A solid foundation in AP work, with experience in payroll an advantage.
  • Reliability, energy, and quick thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail and common sense.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with bank reconciliations.

  • Full-time, flexible start and finish times.
  • $35 per hour (negotiable for the right person).
