**Job Summary**

Tangram is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative functions. In this key position, you will oversee HR, finance, and administrative processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. **Key Areas of Responsibility**

• Manage HR functions, including screening applicants, employment documents, and Health & Safety guidelines
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Maintain and optimize job management databases
• Provide executive assistance to senior leadership
• Manage data entry and invoicing for financial records
• Oversee office purchases and basic procurement
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

**Ideal Candidate**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Fluency in English is required for clear documentation and professional correspondence. Comfort working with executives and maintaining confidentiality are key aspects of this role.
