About the Team

The Office of Grants Administration plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of RIE funds managed by A*STAR. As a Grants Administration Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to ensure seamless grant administration, from application to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate grant reviews, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel for international reviewers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding grants schemes and processes.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of grants documentation, such as proposals, progress reports, and claims.
  • Support the maintenance of data for reporting purposes and assist with administrative tasks related to awarded grants.
  • Promote efficient document management practices within the team.

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite applications and general IT tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
